We need about 1-2 days to send them from your order confirmation, as well as making it easier for you to change your mind and want to replace it with another product or cancel your order. Shipping is from Monday to Saturday for orders in Greece. For orders abroad, shipments are made only daily.

There may be deviations from the prices that Hellenic Post Office will give us because they do not have a fixed price. If the price exceeds the amounts displayed then we will cover them if less we will send you by email a card with the amount that you can use it on your next purchases.

We don’t accept cash on delivery because there is extra cost, if you are interested in paying on delivery send us an email and we ll reply you soon.

We use only registered mail, a class priority in order to secure your purchases and not miss them, unfortunately it is difficult to check the time of delivery with Greek Post Office and depends also on your local Post Office. In both cases, be sure of the information you have given us, your name, address, name on bell, the floor of your apartment, telephone to facilitate your delivery.

After check out you will receive your receipt with all informations you need. Please read carefully and fill the address of the delivery correctly.

We do not exclude any geographical area. If you do not see the country where you live and wish to have a product, please let us know by email to get it right.
